Having fostered a team of talented and creative individuals, we are always looking for new development opportunities to expand our exciting portfolio. By constantly assessing market trends and listening to customer demands we aim to deliver the most unique concepts for our bars, restaurants and clubs.

Inspiration for Mimosa has come from travelling the world, looking at the most successful venues where a high value is placed on customer service and food quality and we look forward to maintaining our standards of excellence and pioneering in the hospitality industry.
